October Card Kit of the Month

It's that time again! I know it's October, and Halloween is on the mind! However, Christmas is fast approaching and I have had many conversations lately about people wanting to get a jump start on Christmas cards. So here is a great option for you!

You will receive the supplies to create SIX of EACH of the two designs pictured here – so you will receive all of the consumable supplies that you need to create 12 cards total. You will also receive 2 additional full color samples of “alternative” cards that you can make with the combined contents of the kit! So with these supplies...you will be able to make 4 different designs for your Christmas cards! In addition, you’ll receive detailed, step by step instructions on how to complete each of the 4 designs. Batty For You

I saw these on Chic'-n-scratch's blog and just loved them. They are treat containers that hold a Fun Size Kit Kat or Hershey Bar. They will also hold packs of gum. This will be one of the projects that we make for this months club members. Also made some for the October's Farmers Market.

Two Cool Dudes

This picture is updated. I know it is hard to tell from the picture but I embossed the Brocade Blue Piece, the giant snowflake and the tag with Iridescent Ice.

I am working on a 6x6 calendar swap. My month is January. I had a hard time deciding what layout and stamp sets to use. I sketched one last night and got up this morning to try it. I wanted to sue the Sizzix to cut the snowflake out of chipboard then wanted to use the white craft pad and Iridescent Ice but the chipboard does not work with the sizzlets dies. The the original sketch didn't fit right so had to change it up. This is what I came up with. I like the way it finally came together. I can't wait to see what the rest of the calendar will look like.

Frankie

Last week was such a busy week that I am really behind on my posting. This week is looking much better to get more things posted. I am currently in a hotel so I have to wait to get the right lighting :)

These cute Frankies are candy wrappers for Hershey and Kit Kat fun size candy bars. I saw these on Chic-n-scratch's blog. I used these for my last workshop.
